What a wonderful experience Staff upfront at the desk, as well as food hostesses, housekeeping all awesome, helpful, and kind. Room was big comfy and cool..Nash was having some heatwave so air was needed The location was not on Broadway, but we loved that since it was not noisy. Breakfast was terrific, hot and cold selections daily. Free airport shuttle to airport. Pay shuttle at reasonable cost for downtown and up the street Grand Ole opry. There is a laundry room , indoor pool and fitness room Food room has board games.. We played scrabble when we were not sightseeing..was great to have face to face time and put the cell phone down It was our first time to Nashville and was truely memorable. This hotel was a great and we were there for 7 days. We will miss Sonesta and Nash...truelly memorable. Thank you, Tammy, from housekeeping for the snacks and all employees for making our stay so good. Hugs Tina and Mike Senicola

Good Morning I just wanted to let you know that I truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel it was such a wonder experience. Your staff were so kind and friendly. The hotel room was well kept and very spacious. It was my daughter 10th birthday and her and her friends enjoyed the warm in closed pool area. I honestly never eat in the breakfast areas because they are never clean. I brought the girls down not only was it clean the food was good as well we actually set downstairs and ate a first. We do a hotel stay every year for her birthday. I will definitely be back and have told so many others about you all. I wish I had all the staff name but from the two ladies at check in to the lady cooking breakfast to the gentleman cleaning and even the guy who had just cleaned the pool that morning, yes, the girls had to get back in before we checked out. I just want to say Thanks Again

Super nice room. Updated and clean. Plenty of outlets, including USB, for devices. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Better than expected for the price. Have stayed at other hotels for more and "the other guys" rooms were no where near as modern and clean. Breakfast was better than expected as well. Unless you were late getting there in the morning, you ate well. They make sure there is more than enough. The staff was gracious, helpful, and super professional. From front desk associate to security, they were willing to go out of their way to assist you. Sonesta Select will be our first choice when we return to Nashville.

I love the size and layout of the room. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the accommodations were suitable for my group. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was accommodating and incredibly eager to help. I did not know that pets were welcome until I walked through the door and there were pet water bowls everywhere!

Check in and Check out was incredibly easy and quick. The women who worked the night shift were present both nights and they were friendly when we wanted snacks/drinks. The room was clean and spacious--loved the mini sink in our room. It was close enough to nearly everything we needed.
